Vagi C Vaginaltabletten
Zusammensetzung: 1 Vaginal-Tbl. enthält: Ascorbinsäure 250mg. Weitere Bestandteile: Silikonharz, Lactose·1H2O, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Mg-stearat. Anwendung: Bei chron. oder rezidivier. Aminkolpitis (bakterielle Vaginose, unspezif. Kolpitis) leichter bis mittelschw. Ausprägung; zur Normalisierung der gestörten Vaginalflora. Gegenanzeigen: Pilzinfekt. im Vaginalbereich. Nebenwirkungen: Selten Brennen und Juckreiz in der Scheide. Nach Normalisierung der Vaginal-Flora kommt es in einigen Fällen zu einer stärkeren Vermehrung der Hefe, dies kann zu einer symptomat. Pilzinfekt. führen. Überempf. gegen einen der Inhaltsstoffe. Wechselwirkungen: Vitamin C verfälscht die enzymat. Glukosebest. im Harn, die Serumtransaminase-, die Laktatdehydrogenase- und die Serumbilirubin- Bestimmung. Salicylate erhöhen die Ausscheid. von Vitamin-C. Östrogene verbessern die Bioverfügbark. von Vitamin- C. Die Wirkung von Antikoagulantien wird durch Vitamin- C vermind. Dosierung: 1 Vaginal-Tbl. täglich in der Scheide einführen. 6-tägige Behandlung in der Regel ausreichend.
