Das basische Mineralgetränk für Leistung und Regeneration beim SportBasica®
Sport ist ein schnell lösliches Trinkpulver mit frischem
Citrusgeschmack. Die hypotone Kohlenhydrat-Elektrolyt-Lösung trägt zur
Aufrechterhaltung der Ausdauerleistung bei längerem Ausdauertraining bei
und verbessert die Aufnahme von Flüssigkeit.Zusätzlich
liefert Basica® Sport basische Mineralstoffe, Vitamine und
Spurenelemente:Magnesium und Kalium tragen zur normalen
Muskelfunktion bei. Calcium, Vitamin B2 und Kupfer unterstützen den
Energiestoffwechsel, Zink den Säure-Basen-Haushalt. Vitamin C und Selen
sorgen für eine gesunde Funktion des Immunsystems.Wenn nach
intensiver körperlicher Betätigung die Glykogenvorräte in der Muskulatur
erschöpft sind, tragen Kohlenhydrate zur Regeneration der Muskelfunktion
bei (bei einer Gesamtzufuhr von 4 g Kohlenhydrate per kg Körpergewicht
