Magnesiumoxid, Füllstoffe Cellulose und Natrium-Carboxymethylcellulose,
Trennmittel Siliciumdioxid, Calciumsalze der Speisefettsäuren, Mono- und
Diglyceride von Speisefettsäuren und Talkum, Überzugsmittel
Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose und Schellack, Palmfett (ganz gehärtet),

Täglich 1/2 - 1 Tablette zu einer Mahlzeit mit ausreichend Flüssigkeit
unzerkaut einnehmen. Bei erhöhtem Magnesiumbedarf aufgrund starker
körperlicher Belastung in Beruf und Sport in Verbindung mit einer
magnesiumarmen Ernährung, 1 Tablette einnehmen. Liegt lediglich eine
unausgewogene Ernährung vor, 1/2 Tablette einnehmen.
